Quick healthy meal for everyone: Baked cauliflower with cheese!

You need:

– 1 kilogram of cauliflower
– 2 eggs
– 200 grams of sour cream
– 150 grams of cheese
– 2 carrots
– 1 beets
– Spices
– thyme
– parsley


Place cauliflower, carrots and beets in hot water for 5 minutes. Add two eggs in the sour cream, chop the thyme and put the spices, and mix. Chop half of the cheese in the form of lines and put it in the cauliflower, just be careful not to divide the cauliflower. Peel the beets and cut them in half, and place the yellow cheese in it.

Bring the cauliflower with sour cream and make cheese. Do the same with carrots and beets. Bake at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes until reddish.
