Ideal for autumn mornings: Delicious pancakes with apples and cinnamon

The taste of apple and cinnamon combined with a soft dough will surely brighten your dusky autumn days.

This recipe for pancakes is very simple – peel four large apples and cut them into circles, with a thickness of one centimeter. Prepare the dough according to the recipe below and dip each piece. Place the pieces on a heated pan and bake for about two minutes from each side. Mix 100 grams of sugar with a teaspoon of cinnamon and sprinkle the pancakes after baking. You can also serve with maple syrup or caramel, but they are excellent and without topping.


Ingredients required:

– 200 gr. flour
– one packet of baking powder
– 1 teaspoon of salt
– 1 teaspoon of sugar
– 250 ml. milk
– 1 egg
– 3 tablespoons melted butter


In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. In the middle make space, then add the egg, milk and melted butter. Mix until you get a dense mixture. If necessary, add more milk or flour. Adjust with a piece of butter in the pan, then bake pancakes until they get golden on each side.
