Salad with chicken and vegetables – (120 gr.) chicken on grill with lettuce, cucumber, corn, lemon juice, olive oil and spicy vinegar as desired.
Omelet of egg whites – fry omelet of three whites and one tablespoon of low-fat cow cheese. Serve with seasonal salad.
Tuna with rice – fry garlic, then add two tomatoes and a tuna can. Add the cooked rice and serve with lettuce or cabbage salad.
Low-fat cheese – moisten creamy cheese on toast or whole-grain bread and consume it with a salad of green leafy vegetables, seasoned with olive oil and apple cider vinegar.
