Recipe of the day: Light, creamy salad of potatoes

Summer is not summer without light salads. We love them for lunch and dinner, and the combinations of ingredients and flavors do not end.

Today we offer you a recipe for juicy and creamy potato salad, which is done for a maximum of 10 minutes.



– A little more than a kilo of young potatoes
– 1 ½ cup of mayonnaise
– Pretty chopped violet onions
– 1 teaspoon of mustard
– 1 teaspoon lemon juice
– ¼ cup finely chopped pickles
– 1/2 teaspoon pepper
– 4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
– ¼ cup finely chopped chive (you can replace it with young garlic or onion)
– A little pepper
– Lettuce, if desired, for serving
