Ready for Summer: Recipe for frozen cocktails

Frozen drinks are at our top spot on the hot summer days list. Sometimes, however, a few cocktails do not justify the hard work by breaking the ice and the risk of breaking the blender.

These things are somehow not in line with the relaxing summer atmosphere that we want to have. Fortunately, there is a way to make frozen cocktails in a very easy way, which will be of incredible help this summer.

Frozen mojito

Mojito is definitely not a simple cocktail to make, but for this recipe you do not need a blender or much mixing.

Ingredients:

– 60 ml of white rum
– 60 ml of lemon juice
– 45 ml of mint syrup
– 15 ml of water
– Fresh mint

Mint syrup is made from 15 grams of sugar, 15 grams of fresh mint and 15 ml of water. Allow to boil and stir until sugar is united with the mixture. You can store it in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients except fresh mint.

Carefully pour the mixture into the plastic bag. Close the plastic bag while trying to remove as much air as possible from the bag.

Leave the bag in the refrigerator to freeze for 2-3 hours or until it gets a look of snow. Place the liquid in a glass and serve with fresh mint.

Frozen mango margarita

Perfect summer beverage with taste of mango, tequila and lemon. Add some more salt and you can feel like you are in Mexico.

Ingredients:

– 60 ml tequila
– 60 ml of mango juice
– 30 ml of lemon juice
– 30 ml of Agave Syrup (which you can buy at all health food stores)
– 15 ml of water
– Salt

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients except salt.

Carefully pour the mixture into the plastic bag. Close the plastic bag while trying to remove as much air as possible from the bag.
