Crochet from cauliflower and broccoli!

If you have left little chicken meat from lunch, you can mix it and add it to the croquet mixture.

– 500 g of broccoli
– 500 g of cauliflower
– 1 onion
– ½ lei
– 1 garlic clove
– salt
– black pepper
– chopped parsley
– 1 protein
– oil


Divide the broccoli and cauliflower on flowers and boil them in salted water. Strain them and blend them into puree.

Cut the leeks and onions and fried them in a little oil. Add the garlic, spices if desired, chopped parsley and a protein, and merge the mixture.

Take a bit of a spoonful of the prepared mixture and shape croquettes. Put them in a pan on baking paper, pour over a little oil and bake in a heated oven at 200 degrees, 20-30 minutes. Serve with a salad as a pre-meal.
