Scientists from Stanford unanimously claim: medicine for a healthy heart and bones lies in the simplest things

The motion has a positive influence on the activities of the brain and heart health, weight loss, bone density and cholesterol levels, according to recent research.

Motion enhances creative thinking by increasing the hippocampus, ie the part of the brain which is responsible for the verbal memory and learning.

Those who do at least 10,000 steps a day, are exposed to double lower risk of premature death.

Motion as “miraculous cure” also positively affect bone density and cholesterol, as well as mood and brain function.

In a study at Stanford University, which was made in 2014, showed that the movement enhances creative thinking (generating new ideas and the way to implement them), writes Daily Mail.

In their study it is said that it does not matter where, but it is important only to move, whether we do so in an open or closed space.

Also it is not important the intensity of movement – it is not necessary the person to be sweaty, though it is considered desirable, so in that sense, the researchers analyzed the nonaerobic motion.

Motion also affects depression and anxiety, although it is unclear why this is so. Even it is discovered that when it comes to cardiovascular health, walking is even better than running.

Researchers for this study followed 3,000 participants, to whom was given a pedometer, which measures the walked steps, in a period of about 15 years.
