Old Tibetan tea for longevity – simple, easy and very useful

Ingredients:

– 5 grams of grated ginger
– 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
– 2 tablespoons natural honey
– 1 pinch ground chili pepper
– 1 pinch fennel

Preparation:

Put water on the fire. Leave to simmer for 5 minutes, after the time passes remove the water from the fire and leave it to cool down. Add all of the above ingredients one by one in the water. Allow the mixture to stand covered until completely cools, then the fluid that is obtained from this mixture is ready for consumption. It is very important to not add the ingredients in the boiling water. The water needs to be cooled to the extent that would be only lukewarm and then add the ingredients in order to not lose the healing substances.

Dosage

This tea is best to be consumed during the day, sip by sip on certain distances. It can also be consumed a small cup half an hour before each meal. According to the recipe, 2 liters of fluid should be divided into three parts, and it is the optimal daily dose.
