One of the favorite hobbies of school days is the perfect exercise for the human body. At least this claims former boxer and celebrity trainer Michael Oladzhajd Jr., whose training’s are daily visited by the beautiful Adriana Lima.
“When jumping on a rope things occur suddenly – reflexes are working, then there is coordination, timing, cardio workout, concentration, speed, explosiveness, speed tweaks. It is the only exercise that you can perform at the level as professional athletes and it can have equal benefits, “added the celebrity trainer.
It is similar as the running, but still Oladzhajd gives advantage to the jumping rope.
“Jumping rope is more efficient than running, and running is fantastic. Better than biking, swimming, dancing … It burns more calories, activates multiple muscle groups, stimulates the brain and the secretion of endorphins and eventually gives you that wonderful feeling of achievement. Another advantage is that you can get a third of the time of any other exercise, “said Oladzhajd.
Jumping rope strengthens the heart, shoulders, arms, chest, lower legs and, of course, the entire middle section of the body. And the first results will be visible right on the abdominal muscles.
For starters, it is best this type of exercise to combine with the current fitness routine. Oladzhajd advises 10 rebounds and ten seconds pause and so until the end of the duration of your favorite song, or 3 to 4 minutes.
