Proteins from egg are invaluable in the human diet. Besides the irreplaceable commodity in the diet, with complex proteins and vitamins they contain are ideal ally of the health and beauty of skin. In addition we present the popular face mask that once you try it you will continue to use repeatedly.
– 1 egg
– a few paper handkerchiefs or napkins
Preparation and use:
In a separate bowl separate the white from the yolk and start mixing. Once whites become foamy by using a brush you apply it to the previously cleaned and dry face. After application the face is covered with paper handkerchiefs or napkins previously cut according to the shape of your face by leaving holes for eyes and mouth. On the handkerchiefs apply rest of the white and leave the mask to dry until it becomes stiff (30 minutes). After drying with abrupt movements, handkerchiefs are removed from the face and you can wash the face with warm water.
Once the face is dried with a brush apply the mixed egg and leave to dry for about 10 minutes. Then wash the face with lukewarm water.
It is recommended to use the mask once a week to maintain a clean, soft and nourished skin.
Note: If your have face is prone to acne in the preparation of the mask in the white add a few drops of lemon juice.
