Black cumin is an annual flowering plant in the family Ranunculaceae. Its Latin name is Nigella Sativa and is mostly known by the black seed fruit. Be careful as this plant is not Cumunum cyminum which can be found in every store.
Black cumin is also known as divine plant and is actually mentioned in the Bible and Quran as well. This is not a coincidence as this sacred plant is used as a remedy for healing numerous health ailments.
