Avocado Baked Eggs

2 eggs
1 avocado
Pepper, salt, turmeric or cayenne pepper (to taste)

Preheat the oven to a 225oC. Slice the avocado into half and remove the seed to make room for the eggs. Crack the eggs and pour them in the avocado halves. Season them with your preferred spices and you’re done. Line a pan with some baking paper, place the avocado halves and put them in the oven. Cook until they’re done.
