Traditional Spanish recipe for delicious breakfast!

Quick and easy recipe for which you need only three ingredients!

This easy and quick breakfast is made from only three ingredients: potatoes, onions and eggs, and most importantly – maximumly saves the budget. In fact, you probably will not even have the need to leave the house after extra groceries.

The warm, soft and distinctive taste of this Spanish tortilla is an excellent choice for your breakfast, but it’s perfect for both lunch and dinner.



– 4 potatoes
– One onion
– 4 eggs
– Salt, pepper and edible


Peel the potatoes and chop them into small cubes. In frying pan, add cooking oil, then place the chopped potatoes with chopped onions. Cook until potatoes become soft.

Mix the eggs, then add them in the pan. Season with salt and pepper and allow to fry over low heat, without stirring.

Cut the tortilla on triangles and serve warm.

Additional advice:

If you want to enhance the flavor, add ingredients of your choice – bacon, tomatoes, peppers, pickles and so on.
