Refined Rice

White sugar is not even food, it can be considered as a chemical substance because it has no vitamins, minerals, proteins, nor enzymes, fiber, fat, micro elements, or any other beneficial element. It is extracted from sugar cane or beet in the form of a juice, during which process all fiber-forming proteins and most of the necessary nutrients are removed.
