A lot of people suffer from poor circulation and high blood pressure, and they’re trying hard to find a solution to these issues.
Experts are recommending some exercises which take just 15-20 minutes which will help the circulation and keep the body in shape. Whenever you have the time do the exercises, ride a bike or swim for at least 45 minutes.
You should know that this is very important and you should do this first thing in the morning, when you get up. It will take you just a few minutes, so you should make it your morning ritual. It’s definitely worth it.
In a standing position, lift yourself on your toes and go down on your heels. Ensure you feel the muscles fix, and rehash for 10 times.
Neck works out
Relax the neck – turn your head left and right and count to 10. Then roll your head and bend it down to the chest. The cracking sounds means you are doing it well.
In order to be energized during the all day, you should also do at least 10 push-ups in the morning.
Raising heels and toes
Sit with your knees on the floor making an angle of 90 degrees, then raise your toes from the floor but keep the heels on the floor. Put them back on the floor and do this with one and then with the other leg. After that do the both feet together and finish the exercise by swinging the heel to the toes.
Turn your foot in a clockwise heading while sitting on a seat and rehash for 10 times. You will enhance the flow and adaptability of the legs in the meantime.
Hand works out
This exercise prevents cramps in addition to improving circulation. Stretch and spread the fingers on one hand, then make a fist and hold for a few seconds. Then loosen your joint and spin the hand in circular movement from the shoulder. Do it for about 1 minute.
Although every exercise we described is good for circulation, walking is the best way to improve it. It tightens and relaxes muscles and stimulates blood pumping. It also reduces blood pressure. Be sure to go for a walk 2-3 times a week.
Swimming is good for people of all ages, but it is especially recommended for the ones that have problems with joint and muscle pain. It activates all the muscles and stimulates oxygen flow to the lungs and heart without doing any tension to the body.
