Have you ever tried OMLET without eggs? Now is the time for it!

You have no idea what to prepare for a quick and tasty meal? Here’s a great suggestion for an omelet, but totally different than anything you’ve ever tasted!


● half onion
● half red pepper
● 2 teaspoons butter
● 2 cups spinach
● and a half cup of mashed potatoes
● ½ cup grated cheese



With half of the butter fry the onion chopped into pieces and chopped peppers into strips. Salted, then add the spinach and sweat while it beautifully soft. Then, remove the vegetables from the pan and sweat the rest of the butter to mashed potatoes. Put Salt and paper, add the cheese and then add the previously cooked vegetables. Fold omelet in half and serve with optional addition.
