– 8 eggs
– 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
First, preheat oven to 190 °C, a baking sheet with parchment paper. Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites. Whisk the egg whites until they become hard enough.
