Fish croquet’s!

Ingredients for the croquet:

– 4 potatoes
– 4 fillets of fish, without bones (fish of choice, preferably a maritime)
– 1 egg
– parsley
– 1 tablespoon kapari
– 1 tablespoon cream
– ½ teaspoon gustin
– lemon
– bread crumbs
– salt
– pepper

For filling:

– 1 egg
– bread crumbs

Preparation of the Crockett

1. Chop the potatoes into cubes and put them to boil. About 10-15 minutes before the end, add the fish fillets and continue to cook together. When they are ready, remove from heat and drain.

2. Blend the potatoes and fish and leave to cool. When they are cooled down, add the other foods in them (egg, chopped parsley, chopped kapari, sour cream, lemon juice and grated zest, gustin, bread crumbs as needed). Mix. If the mixture is very liquid, add bread crumbs, and if it is dry, you can add an egg. Season to taste.

3. Leave the mixture in the refrigerator for about 1 hour (it is best to stand all night).

4. Form croquettes and roll them in egg and bread crumbs before putting them to fry in hot oil. From one portion you can get approximately 20-25 pieces.

5. Once you remove the oil, place them on kitchen paper to absorb excess oil.

Croquettes are served with white sauce.

Ingredients for sauce:

– 3-4 pickles
– 1 boiled egg
– 2 tablespoons sour cream
– 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
– parsley
– dill
– lemon juice
– pepper
– salt

Preparation of the sauce:

– Chop the cucumbers and egg into small cubes.
– Add the remaining ingredients and stir well. Season to taste.
