Dinner: 1 bowl of vegetable soup, creamy mushroom soup or fish stew, 100 g fruit,

Before going to bed: 2 dried figs and 1 cup of apple juice

You can repeat this eating plan for 2-4 weeks but no longer than that. Once you’ve reached your goal eat more fruits and veggies and gradually increase the protein intake. This diet is rich in veggies and fruits, meaning you’ll satisfy your daily intake of vitamins and minerals, making it extra nutritious and healthy.

During the diet is recommended daily moderate physical activity such as walking, cycling or swimming, at least 30 minutes.
