1. EAT FAST FOOD

These days of the month you need to stay at home and avoid the fast food restaurants. This places are filled with fried food that will probably make you feel worse. What you need to do is stay at home and skip the burger and the fries. Instead you can grab a mug of hot chocolate or eat a candy bar.

2. EAT TONS OF CHOCOLATE

Don’t eat chocolate during your period – it’s not going to make you feel better and it will make you hate yourself in the end.

3. EXERCISE IN ANY WAY

Remember: you are bloated due to your period – you haven’t gone fat instantly. Once the week is over, you’ll feel sexy and attractive again. Don’t exercise while on your period because you’ll only ruin your clothes.

4. COOK

If we venture into the kitchen, we run the risk of hurting someone. What if one of our emotional attacks occurs while we have a knife in hand? We’re already used to the blood. What’s a little more? 7. TAKE A SHOWER

While you are on your period there is no point in taking a shower. If you want to stay clean and feel better, taking a bath is always the better alternative. Maybe you can spice up things with some wine and music and just relax. This relaxing bath will make your body and mind feel amazing.

8. SIT AT ALL

Lying is the key, because it feels so much better. Try to avoid sitting down and instead lie all day if you can. You can lie on the couch while watching television, lie in the tub when you must get clean and always lie down in your bed. Sitting and walking will not make you feel good when you are on your period. Therefore why suffer?

Of course, you can do everything while you’re on your period, but it’s better to do nothing at all for a couple of days. Do whatever works for you.
