This diet has one goal, which is removing carbs from your daily food plan and thus get rid of body fats. The good thing is that you won’t feel hungry. You can lose up to 5 kilograms in just 6 days. But you should be aware of the fact that if you take even a tiny bit of carbs, the burning of fat will stop. So be patient and persistent! You can decide how long will this diet last, it all depends on the kilograms you wish to lose. Once you achieve the desired weight it won’t be less than 2 years before you start gaining weight again.
As long as you do exactly what is required, your body will function normally, and you should know that there isn’t any health risk related to this diet. So, what is it that you should have served in your plate? First, it is meat. It can be beef, chicken, pork, lamb, all kind of meat, except fried meat. Avoid eating barbecue, sausages, hot dogs and the like. You may eat fish, fresh and even canned ones. Eat salad! Fresh green salad, egg salad, cucumbers, spinach, you name it! One last advice: you should take minerals and vitamins in the form of food supplements such as vitamin C and D, and also calcium, magnesium and zinc, because this diet makes you cut down on them.
