Through medical research and ancestral wisdom we learn and are aware, that there are foods that contain certain nutrients that prevent and/or kill cancerous cells in the body.
And we all also know that there are foods that cause cancer to develop and grow.
We are going to show you a list of ten foods that we all consume every day and they are loaded with carcinogenic compounds.
1. Processed meat
Latest studies show that when it comes to colon cancer, the red meat is principally perilous. A research made in the USA followed about 150,000 people between the ages of 50 – 74. The research demonstrated that a long term utilization of red meat extended the amount of colon malignancy set up in the subjects concentrated on. So, the long term utilization of poultry and fishseemed to be protective in the nature.
2. Refined sugars
Refined sugars are the most ideal foods for cancer cells and their development that spike the insulin levels.
German Otto Warburg, the Nobel laureate in medicine (1931), primarily found that cancers and tumors both use sugars in order to “feed” themselves and therefore, to increase in size.
This explains why the rates of tumor are on the rise today.
The pop industry represents a $43 billion-a-year industry in the U.S. alone, led by CocaCola and PepsiCo. Sweetened with both refined sugars and high-fructose corn syrup, soda is preserved with sodium benzoate, a known carcinogen.
4. Canned tomatoes
Bisphenol A or BPA is chemical that is included in the lining of the canned foods. Canned tomatoes are one of these foods. They are very dangers due to the high acidity that appears to make the BPA leech from the cans lining inside the tomatoes.
Glass bottles or cook crisp tomatoes are far better choice.
5. Potato chips
They are high in fat and calories, but also contain additives, artificial colors, and flavors.
The problem with these admittedly yummy morsels is three-fold:
– Many brands of potato chips contain artificial colors, flavors, and preservatives—all of which have implications for health. They are also loaded with fat and empty calories.
– When cooked in oil at high temperatures, the compound acrylamide will develop in most carbohydrates. This is a natural process and in normal amounts—that is, what occurs if you bake a whole potato in the oven, for example—acrylamide is effortlessly metabolized by the body. In mass production, however, the amount of this chemical increases exponentially, containing as much as 910 times the legal limit in one bag of chips. Regular ingestion of acrylamide and similar cooking by-products has been associated with cancer risk.
– Why can’t you eat just one? “The Dorito Effect.” The flavorings used in chips and other snacks are intentionally misleading and addictive.
6. Microwave popcorn
Microwave popcorn is very harmful as it contains propyl gallate, a chemical that leads to many skin rashes and stomach issues. It also contains soybean oil, a GMO product, as well as numerous other additives. The manufacturers of popcorn won’t tell you that they use GMO corn kernels; due to the fact that the administration claims say that they do not have to. Still, there is one thing we certainly know – they do not use organic corn.
7. Genetically Modified Organisms
Since 1982 GMO foods have been the subject of controversy when the Food and Drug Administration approved the first GMO for human consumption: humulin, a synthetic insulin (3). There is a huge body of research on the subject of the safety of GMO in food; but depending on who funded the study, conclusions differ.
With the extreme power held by GMO companies, many researchers are trying to find out the truth about the long-term health and environmental consequences of GMO foods. Independent studies found direct links between GMO and the development of numerous conditions, including autism, liver and kidney disorders, neurodegenerative disease, and cancer.
