ENERGY BOMB: great recipe for strengthening the immune system!

How many people around you have a cold? Cold and flu season is well underway, and you can protect yourself by making a real energy bomb because of which bacteria and viruses won’t do anything!

You need:

  • a glass jar
  • Half kilogram of honey
  • 2-3 Ginger root
  • one bigger lemon, with peel

Preparation:

Wash the lemon and chop it into slices. Peel the ginger and chop it into pieces of medium size. The easiest way is that if you have a blender, put the lemon and ginger in it, but when are cooled. If you do not have blender, then you can also chopped the ginger and lemon zest on a small grater and squeeze the juice later. In this case, do not cut the lemon and ginger.

When they are cooled, add honey in the mixture, stir well and place in a jar.

Store in the refrigerator and take one bigger tablespoon while children give a small spoon per day. The best would be, because of the honey, to take this mixture with a wooden or plastic spoon.

If you prefer, you can put it in tea or other hot drink!
