The point is to avoid carbohydrates, but it will be easy, trust me! Only from Monday to Saturday you’ll take out the carbohydrates and on Sunday will eat them for breakfast and lunch. Then from Monday you will start all over.
You are allowed to eat:
- Each type of meat (despite fatty pork, but can clean pork)
- Dairy products with less carbohydrates and do not overdo it with these food, feta, Ella cheese, yogurt half liters max and cheese
- Vegetables (All Green: cabbage, lettuce, cucumber, cauliflower, broccoli, onions, some tomatoes, zucchini, asparagus, celery, spinach, arugula everything green and some of the other colors)
- Eggs in all ways, if you fry them, then with a little oil, one tablespoon!
- Nuts (almonds, walnuts, peanuts .. but a handful of these foods a day)
- The water is very important throughout the day, around 2.5 liters minimum
You can not eat:
- Any cakes or flour
- You can not eat Fruit until Sunday
- Potatoes, soy, beans, green beans, we repeat no pasta, beans, rice, snacks, sweets.
- Say no on Juices and sugar
The first list use the first six days, the seventh day you enter for breakfast and lunch, pasta, potatoes, rice, all apart form sweet, but if you must eat something sweet then try honey or integral biscuits, a couple of pieces. Then return to the first day and again go without carbohydrates.
In a month you will lose at least 10 pounds, maybe even more. This diet attack fat in the best way, while preserving muscle.
