The human foot is very complex. It consists of 26 bones and 33 wrists, and it is moved by more than 100 muscles, tendons and ligaments. Also, the feet bear the entire weight of our body, and therefore are the most loaded part of the body. Symptoms of flat soles:

Health problems which occur due to flat feet:
1. Problems with knee – knee pain are among the most common difficulties caused by flat soles. They appear because the weight of the body is poorly distributed, and therefore the pressure on the bones that rapidly consume the cartilage of the knee can be a problem in a long term.
2. Deformation of toes and feet – When the foot is a long time in an unnatural position, his muscles weaken and shape may change. The foot becomes wider and longer, and fingers are beginning to curve. That can be very painful.
3. Pain while standing or running – Flat soles place the spine in an unnatural position. It affects the distribution of the total weight of the body, which is wrongly classified. The result is severe pain in the feet, leaves and feet during a standing or physical activity.
4. Problems with blood circulation and veins – pressure on certain parts of the body, including blood vessels, can lead to poor circulation.
