Smut for a light dinner

Smut is usually recommended to start the day. But if you have an abundant, and late lunch, these smut are great for dinner – with an abundance of nutrients, but they do not burden the digestive organs.BUzPkYK

If you have a late lunch, or all day snacking on something and you feel that your body needs nutrients, or simply you don’t want nothing complicated to make for dinner – try some of these smoothies.

Green smut
2 servings

It takes 1/2 larger cucumber, 1 large carrot, 2 stalks of celery, 1/3 cup parsley, 2 handfuls of spinach, 1/4 avocado, 1/2 apple, 1/2 frozen banana, 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds, 1 tablespoon flax seeds, 1 tablespoon of spirulina, 1 cup unsweetened almond milk.
If desired, you can add: ice cubes, season with 1/2 – 1 cup of melon, pineapple or berries, 1-2 tablespoons of cocoa, spoon of your favorite vegetable protein powder.

Preparation: whisk all ingredients in a blender until you get an equal mass. Add more almond milk if you want less common smut.

Smut from carrot
1 large or 2 small serving

It is necessary: 1 cup carrots, cleaned and grated, 1 frozen banana, 1 1/2 cup almond milk (or other dairy optional), 1/4 cup cashews (raw, unsalted 2 hours in water), 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 dates, 1 tablespoon of hemp seeds, 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder or 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger, 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg powder, 1/8 teaspoon of clove powder.

Preparation: whisk all ingredients in a blender until you get a smooth and creamy mass. Upon the top sprinkle with cinnamon and a pinch of grated carrots.
