We bring you a recipe on a natural basis which promotes the work of the thyroid gland and improves overall health:
1/4 foods ground ginger
half tablespoons ground cinnamon
3/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice (about 3 oranges)
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 1-2 lemons)
1 cup cranberry juice (unsweetened)
1/4 tablespoons of minced nuts
7 glasses of purified water
Boil the water, reduce the heat and add cranberry juice, ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg while stirring. Mix well and cook the mixture for 20 minutes. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature. When is cooled, add the orange juice, lemon juice and a few ice cubes.
