3 drinks for balancing the body pH

How often do you wake up from sleep tired, without energy and with bloated stomach? You immediately make a cup of strong coffee because you think it will soon help you.

When the body’s acid environment is imbalance, we wake up tired, we don’t have a desire for nothing, our stomach is bloated and have a difficulty to walk to the toilet. So the first and most important drink of the day is not coffee.

Brew “Green freshness”

Will you need:
2 cups fresh spinach
¼ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 piece ginger (previously peeled)
All this is put in a blender with about 150-200 ml water and can optionally add a little honey or honey for sweetness. This fresh green drink will provide 10 grams of protein, vitamins C and B and a lot of potassium. If you want to make the drink even more useful, to the remaining ingredients add a little green algae spirulina as well.

Drink for stimulation of metabolism

Will you need:
½ cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons of organic apple cider vinegar
small hot pepper
Lemon juice and apple cider vinegar will help to regulate the level of pH. Hot pepper is important to stimulate metabolism and burning excess fat. If this combination of ingredients is very strong, you can add it in a small amount of water.


Drink to improve digestion

This is a great drink that will help the digestive system to work better in the morning.
a small piece of fresh ginger
½ cup lemon juice
1-2 tablespoons of organic apple cider vinegar
All ingredients are boiled in a blender and optionally add a small amount of water.
