Beetroot is a vegetable with many nutritional properties, fiber, antioxidants and substances that support the health of the liver, and is known also that improves the process of detoxification.
2 Beetroots with average size or 3 smaller
1 can of chickpeas
Juice of 1½ lemon
½ teaspoon salt
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup water
In a saucepan pour the beetroot with water and cook until its soften, for about 40 minutes. Once you have cooked, wash the beetroot under cold water, peel it and cut into larger parts. Then place all ingredients in a blender, turn on and let it transform into parmesan.
