Whether you smoke or are often in smoky rooms, this homemade cure will help clean the lungs and to improve health.
Cigarette smoke may impair the general health, especially the health of the lungs. Therefore we present a recipe for a homemade cure that effectively clean the lungs and improves health.
– 400 grams of garlic, clean the cloves and chopped them into quarters
– A piece of ginger
– 2 tsp turmeric
– 400 g. brown sugar
– 1 liter of water
Place the water in a bowl on fire, add the sugar and heat it. When it begin to boil add the chopped ginger, garlic and turmeric and cook until the mixture starts to ferment.
Remove the pan from the fire and let it cool to room temperature. The healing mixture should be kept in the refrigerator.
Take 2 tablespoons of this mixture every morning on an empty stomach at night and 2 more for at least half an hour after the last meal.
