How to improve your Healthy lifestyle?

A healthy lifestyle is not just a one-time action or process. Studies have shown that practicing healthy lifestyle drastically improve human health in many ways. A precondition for a healthy lifestyle is, of course, good health, and for good health need a good balance for life.

Practicing a healthy lifestyle includes many aspects that people have come to know since antiquity, and is best seen in the Latin adage: “mens sana in corpore sano” (a healthy body, healthy spirit), so that the benefits of a healthy lifestyle can be felt in the physical, spiritual, emotional and mental health. In the practice of a healthy lifestyle there is, as in all other things, order and good balance that must be primary. Only good order can reach the desired results, so that a healthy way and lifestyle must include physical activity, healthy diet, proper phase of rest and sleep, and of course social interaction.

Practicing a healthy lifestyle includes a lot of factors, but it can be primarily divided into several phases that must be properly played out in cycles. I can not just sport and physical activity lead to good results, but it must be a good and balanced combination and all other factors, which together affect the healthy lifestyle. The combination of all the elements, such as, primarily, a healthy diet, physical activity, rest and sleep phases, and social interaction, to healthy lifestyles also affect the secondary elements, such as adequate sports equipment, air, stress level, injuries etc.

Physical activity:

Physical activity is one of the most important things in practice a healthy life. Research has shown that the lack of exercise alone dramatically increases the risks of disease. Proper combination of aerobic and anaerobic training, can be increased or decreased body weight, muscle tone, or reduce the percentage of body fat. Physical activity strengthens the body and mind, and therefore also drastically reduces the risks of disease and injury. Physical activity contributes to a better appearance, leading to an increase in self-confidence.

Nutrition:

A healthy diet is essentially a well-balanced combination of nutrition’s that are required in the human body during the day. A healthy diet is one of the essential things that should be paid special attention, because a healthy diet helps in all physical activities, as well as the activities of the immune system to successfully combat the disease.
Also, a healthy diet and physical activity go hand in hand together. For a healthy and proper nutrition, one of the most important things is when and what to eat. A well balanced diet includes three main meals and two snacks a day. The diet should be varied with the main meal should contain proteins, fats and carbohydrates, and for snacks vitamins, minerals and fiber. For the main meal should be practiced a universal formula: 45-65% Carbohydrates, 20-35% fat, 10-35% protein.

Phase of rest and sleep:

Phase of rest and sleep is very important after physical activity. Our bodies are recovered and strengthened during rest or sleep. Rest and sleep are physical needs, because then the muscles are rebuilt and strengthen. Well balanced rest and sleep may help maintain a good psychological and physical condition, and provide the body with the energy and other physical activities.

Social interaction:

The man is extremely socially being. According to, the social interaction is an important factor, as it helps in maintaining good mental and emotional health. Research has shown that social interaction between the people who visit the gym and fitness center is very helpful in establishing friendly relations and feeling of acceptance, and also increases the confidence and the level of serotonin – the hormone of happiness.
